Orthomolecular Models of Treatment

Orthomolecular medicine is a facet of functional medicine focused on clinical lab-based nutrition. The range of conditions and symptoms that avail to such treatment is diverse and includes fatigue, longevity, thyroid imbalances, allergies, weight problems, poor immunity, chronic diseases, female health, male health, digestive problems, insomnia, pain syndromes, kid’s health, mental health and performance, schizophrenia, postural orthostatic tachycardia (POTS), post concussion syndrome (PCS), irritability, and more.

Lab-based orthomolecular approaches involve specialized testing, diet and lifestyle modification, and a combination of nutritional/health treatments.

  • Provide lab results with a detailed explanation of what they mean in terms of treatment
  • Aid clients to work with prescribing MD’s to reduce medication as deemed appropriate under MD supervision
